本隐私声明保护的客户个人信息，指为了向客户提供服务而由任何客户提供或MSH China收集的可以识别客户身份的相关信息（包括但不限于自然人客户的姓名、地址、电话号码、传真号码、电子信箱地址、健康信息、社会保险帐号、护照号码、其他政府发行的身份识别码和信用卡信息等）。

MSH China将只为适当向您提供保险相关服务或向您推荐产品及服务的必要范围内收集、使用、提供您的个人信息，并遵循合法、正当、必要和诚信原则。在提供保险服务过程中，MSH China将有可能披露您的信息给保险公司、再保险公司、医疗机构（医疗网络）及援助公司。
MSH China在收集您个人信息时，所要求提供的信息都属于MSH China提供产品或者服务所必需的个人信息且用于保险服务，并由您选择提供与否，但若您拒绝提供信息，其结果可能会导致某些保险服务无法提供。

Client’s personal information in this Privacy Protection Statement refers to any identification information provided by clients or collected by MSH China in connection with services provided to clients (including but not limited to name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, health information, social security number, passport, other government-issued identifications, and credit card information, etc.)
2. Collection, Use and Provision of Client Personal Information
MSH China will collect, use and provide your personal information only to the necessary extent of properly providing insurance related services to you and under the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith. During the process of providing insurance related services, MSH China may disclose your information to insurance companies, reinsurers, medical providers (medical network) and assistance companies.
When MSH China collects your personal information, all the information required is necessary for MSH China to provide insurance products or services, and will be used for insurance related services. You can choose whether to provide the information or not. However, your refusal of providing relevant information may limit us to provide some insurance services to you.
