What is My MSHAsia Online Service?
While you still have the option of calling MSH Asia or
visiting MSH Asia office, you can now choose to do it online. Online Services
are available 24 hours a day from the comfort of your own home.
Online Services let you view, update
and request some of your information online
To access the services you will need to have a username
and a password which will be mailed to you.
What services are available online?
You can:
- view the details of your
insurance coverage
- update your personal details – such as mailing address, telephone number and
email address
- view you and your family member claim history
- view and save your Explanation of Benefits(EOB)
- download important documents
Who can use Online Services?
To use Online Services you must be currently enrolled with
MSH Asia.
Can anyone else access my
information?
No. To access your information you must provide your insurance
card details and password.
If you believe your information has been accessed without
your authorization, please contact your service representative.
Who can I contact for help?
For general enquiries contact your service representative on Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

What do I do when I receive my
password?
After enrolled with MSH Asia, a default password will be
sent to you by mail. Once you have received your password, go to the Online Services home page, enter the username
which is employee number (located on your insurance card) and password then
select the GO button.
Once you have logged on you will then be asked to change
your password.
What if I have not received my password in the mail?
You may contact your service representative. If you do
not know who is your service representative, you may call +86 21 61870330, an
officer will assist you or email online-services@mshasia.com
for help.
Does my password expire?
No, however it is recommended that you change your
password frequently to ensure the privacy of your information.
What do I do if I have forgotten or
lost my password?
Go to Online Services
and select Forgot your password? located on the left-hand
side below the GO button. Enter your
last name, employee number and date of birth and then select ‘Next Step’.
You will be asked to enter an email address, and then the
password will be mailed to your designated email address.
How do I change my password?
To change a password you created, you need to ‘logon’ and then select ‘Password Reset’
from the navigation menu on the left of the screen. Enter your current password
and the new password, select ‘Save’.
Updating
my details Top
How can I update my personal
details?
Once you have logged on to Online Services. Select ‘Member
Information’ and when prompted, you will then be able to update the following
details:
- Mailing
address
- Telephone
and Mobile number
- Fax number
- Email address
Note:
You cannot update your name or date of birth using Online Services. To update
these details you will need to contact your service representative.
Claims History Search Top
How do I access my Claims History
online?
Once you have logged on, select ‘Claim Search’. When
prompted, you will be able to look up you and your dependents claim history.
What information will be displayed
on my claims history?
The claims history will display:
- you and
your (dependants) name
- claim
number
- date of
each service
- the
provider name
- total cost
of service received
- total paid
amount and paid date
- reimbursement status
Can I view the claims history information for my
family members?
You can view claims history information for yourself,
spouse and your children (If any).
What
do I do if there is something missing from my claims history information or if
the details are incorrect?
You may contact your service representative for help.
